With over 30 years of experience in emerging technology, enterprise transformation, and innovation leadership, Cliff Justice is a globally recognized authority in artificial intelligence, automation, and strategic business incubation who has delivered unprecedented growth and market leadership across the technology and consulting sectors.
In Cliff’s most recent role as U.S. Leader of Enterprise Innovation at KPMG, he led the identification, development, and incubation of next-generation businesses, technologies, and solutions. His leadership included overseeing KPMG Studio—an internal incubator and accelerator—and KPMG Ventures, facilitating startup ecosystem partnerships and minority venture investments. Prior to this role, Cliff led Strategic Growth Investments for KPMG’s artificial intelligence and digital innovation programs, developing and executing KPMG’s AI and automation strategy. Under his leadership, KPMG was recognized by analysts and clients as a global leader in AI and intelligent automation.
Cliff joined KPMG in 2008, where he helped establish the firm’s U.S. management consulting business and outsourcing advisory practice. In 2011, he led the acquisition and integration of EquaTerra, establishing KPMG as one of the world’s largest shared services and outsourcing advisory firms. Prior to KPMG, Cliff served as Managing Director of EquaTerra and as Managing Director of an internet technology and consulting firm in Silicon Valley.
Throughout his career, Cliff has led or supported over 100 clients across technology strategy, transformation, global outsourcing transactions, and operational improvements. He is recognized as an authority in global sourcing, emerging technology, and enterprise transformation.
Cliff serves on the Board of Trustees for The John Cooper School in The Woodlands, Texas. He is a former entrepreneur who began his career as a paramedic and general manager for a U.S. ambulance and healthcare provider.
