Pradeep Aswani is a Silicon Valley entrepreneur with a long history of building, advising, and investing in companies that successfully introduce disruptive, innovative ideas and technologies to the cybersecurity market. He is currently on the board of SecureDynamics and Mobilematics; a venture partner at SYN Ventures; and a member of CyberStarts, a founders-powered VC fund.
He provides them the vast experience he gained from launching and managing Cloud Harmonics, Securematics, and VPN Dynamics (each was acquired by Ingram Micro), as well as his time as a founder and investor in HPN (whose IP was acquired by Juniper Networks), and as the co-founder and chief operating officer of OneSecure (acquired by NetScreen).
He continues to invest in cutting edge cybersecurity companies, including Palo Alto Networks (PANW), Sentinel One (S), Awake Networks (acquired by Arista Networks – ANET), Preempt Networks (acquired by Crowdstrike – CRWD), Netskope, Menlo Security, Abnormal Security, Normalyze.ai, and Dasera, among others.
